Orders, including personalized pieces, are handed to the carrier within 24 hours on business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays; orders placed then are processed on the next business day.
Yes. You have four options: orders come to you in bulk, you collect them from our workshop, we ship to your customer in the US, UK or Europe, or you upload your own shipping label and we pack and send it. Shipping for direct orders is added to the order.
